Galaxy Watch 4 is going the extra mile this year. The latest smartwatch from Samsung won’t ditch any of the features you previously loved but add a very important one: body composition tracking.
Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 is still going to show you the hour, monitor your heart rate, track your steps and keep an eye on your sleeping habits as the Galaxy Watch 3 did, but it will not stop there. The Watch 4 will make sure blood oxygen monitoring is in the cards and it will offer a full-on bathroom scale experience on your wrist.
What I mean by that is that you will get body fat and muscle mass information in real-time! You’ll be aware of the progress you made with your fitness routine and diet anytime, anywhere, as long as you have the watch on your wrist.
But that’s not the only fitness and health feature you should get excited about. Here are all the things Galaxy Watch 4 has to offer!
Another major change you should expect – One UI Watch experience. The Galaxy Watch 4 will have Google’s blessing this year, as Samsung and Google worked together on the new smartwatch interface.
Android developers, for example, will get to show their creativity in a new, easier watch face design studio and all users will have access to apps from Play Store thanks to this new, unified platform.
As for the Watch 4 itself, it’s rumored that it will come in 40mm and 44 mm sizes, with 5ATM water resistance, GPS and a sleeker design.
Latest renders have shown its increasing similarities with the Watch Active2, from its strap fastening to the touch-sensitive bezel.
Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 should come with a variety of strap choices and colors: white, green, black, and red to start with, coupled with silver, black, or mystic bronze watch bodies.
