For those who would still swap an epic-sized smartphone screen for a good old fashioned keyboard, VKworld is preparing to launch a candybar smartphone with Android 8.1 in August.
Nokia 8110 Announced, Looks Like The Banana Phone From Matrix
The VKWorld VK4000 brings a rugged smartphone design alongside a classic 7( keyboard. The screen is a 3.5-inch capacitive offering so you can use it as a traditional smartphone in a pinch. Because of its design, VKworld managed to cram in a generous 4,000 mAh battery with 5V/3A fast charge and wireless charging. Under the hood, what we know so far is that the VK4000 will have 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage, with Android 8.1 preinstalled.
While the rest of the specs haven’t been announced yet, you can see on the case the presence of a dual rear camera, as well as the IP68 certification, so the Vkworld VK4000 will probably be a great smartphone for outdoor enthusiasts. It also features an SOS security button, has intercom and offers GPS positioning.
