What do people want when it comes to music? Earbuds. The smaller, the better and not to mention, wireless. Apple’s AirPods are one way to go about it, but if you want something more affordable and maybe even more discrete, then you should check out Touch Earbuds. Developed by Diifa-Tech, they were an instant hit on IndieGogo, achieving their funding goals in just 10 hours #objectmagic
Diifa-Tech brought the world’s smallest wireless earbuds on IndieGogo. Since they’re touch-sensitive, they got the appropriate name Touch. The two are no bigger than a quarter, come with their own charging pod, in black and white. Each pair is finished with silicon eartips that are easily customizable to fit you perfectly.
The company says they worked on the project for the last two years and it shows – the earbuds don’t just look sleek, they boast the latest tech. Touch comes with Bluetooth 4.2, a completely redesigned RF module with improved DSP, dual-mic noise cancellation and echo cancellation. The pair is also sweat and water resistant, while the tracks can be paused, played or shuffled through taps. Meanwhile, the pod features LED indicators to show when the earphones are charging and a microUSB charging pod.
Diifa-Tech says that the earbuds offer 3 hours of talk time and 3 hours of music on a single charge. When the battery is almost depleted, you can put them in the pod for about 1.5 hours to get full power again. I can’t tell you much about the audio experience, but check back later for a full review of the product.
The earbuds are selling now on IndieGogo for $89 with free shipping.
