Huawei has released the P30 and P30 Pro smartphones yesterday during an event that took place in Paris but, while the phones were the stars of the show, the company also unveiled a new SuperCharge power bank with a 12,000mAh capacity and a 40W charging rate.
The power bank features two USB ports: an USB-A that features the 40W maximum output and the second one is a USB-C that allows the users to charge other, non-Huawei devices.
Huawei stated that the power bank can charge the P30 Pro up to 70% in only 30 minutes while the SuperCharge itself can be charged back up in 2 hours and 14 minutes at 40W. However, it will last around 5 hours to fully charge with your regular 10W charging. Of course, only the SuperCharge-compatible devices will benefit from the top charging speeds.
The SuperCharge comes in White and Blue color variants and has a price tag of roughly around $110, after conversion. At the time this article is being written, Huawei’s official product page is down, so we don’t know anything about availability for now.
