Realme is getting ready to launch its next flagship on August 15, the Realme 5, and camera enthusiasts should keep an eye on it.
The device, which could also be named Realme 5 Pro, will be the “world’s first 64MP quad camera device”, according to a tweet from Madhav Sheth, the CEO of Realme.
The CEO also changed his Twitter name to “Madhav 5 Quad” to drum up excitement about the Realme 5, just like he did when he moved to “Madhav X” for the launch of the Realme X (pictured above).
Just how impressive a 64 MP quad camera is?
Madhav Sheth took to Twitter once more to demonstrate the clarity of Realme 5’s camera as compared to that of the Redmi K20 Pro, which relies on a 48 MP primary camera.
Just got hands on the world’s first 64MP quad camera device that will be revealed this Thursday. Check how crazy the clarity is! Btw we don’t believe in hype so this device will be the most practical choice at its price and it will be launched very soon. #StayTuned pic.twitter.com/4rM371St86

Then, the official Realme started showing off the macro capabilities as well.

The best news, however?
You won’t have to wait until the August 15 launch to see “the most practical choice at its price,” as Mr Sheth described the Realme 5, because the company scheduled an unveiling this Thursday.
