After its launch has been delayed to next year, Tesla’s Cybertruck electric vehicle arrival seems to be uncertain again, as the company has recently updated its Cybertruck webpage and removed its specs and prices for each configuration of the electric pickup truck.
Any mentions of the specs, configurations, and pricing that until now were available on Tesla’s website and the pre-order page was removed.
Currently, the website only considers a few top specs. We can notice the towing capability of over 14,000 pounds and 0-60 mph, connected to the top-of-the-line tri-motor Cybertruck, as well as “up to 500 miles of range” rather than “500+ miles.”
Back in 2019, Tesla stated that the Cybertruck would arrive in the following configurations:
- Single Motor RWD with 250+ miles of range, 0-60 moh in 6.5 seconds, top speed of 110 mph, and starting price of $39,900
- Dual Motor AWD with 300+ miles of range, 0-60 moh in 4.5 seconds, top speed of 120 mph, and starting price of $49,900
- Tri Motor AWD with 500+ miles of range, 0-60 moh in 2.9 seconds, top speed of 130 mph, and starting price of $69,900
Surprisingly, this change comes after the company announced the delay of Cybertruck production, which will apparently happen in late 2022.
